Description
Invincible is an adult animated superhero series that revolves around 17-year-old Mark Grayson, who’s just like every other guy his age — except his father is the most powerful superhero on the planet, Omni-Man. But as Mark develops powers of his own, he discovers his father’s legacy may not be as heroic as it seems.

Thoughts

So far, I really like the show. Usually I don’t keep up with a lot of them, but I’ve been excited for each episode to release. I think a lot of the characters have good development and backstories. It’s enough to make me attached to the characters in a way, making the story more engaging/exciting for me. Plus, they don’t spend what feels like 10 episodes on everyone’s backstory or random things so the pacing is good in my opinion. There isn’t really any filler which I like because sometimes it can get hard to get past those episodes and it’s a reason why I’ve dropped a lot of shows in the past. Each episode is around an hour which I also like because it never feels like too long. It’s the perfect length and I’m always left wanting more each week. The only complaint I’d have is that the animation might not be as good as other shows. I personally don’t mind that much, but I’ve seen a lot of people online ranting about it. Sometimes it does make the fighting scenes feel a little weak.
